At the heart of our kitchen is Executive Chef Mahesh, a culinary artist with over 20 years of experience across South India’s most vibrant food cultures. Born and trained in Kerala, Chef Mahesh has sharpened his skills in top kitchens throughout India and the United States, before bringing his passion and expertise to Canada.

Known for his mastery in balancing bold spices with delicate flavors, Chef Mahesh specializes in authentic South Indian cuisine—from the comforting warmth of rasam to the festive richness of a traditional Sadya. Every dish he creates is a tribute to heritage, crafted with precision and heart.

Our Chef

Chef Arvind Kumar, our Executive Chef, brings over 20 years of culinary expertise from across South India. Born and trained in Kerala, Chef Arvind has worked in top kitchens across India before bringing his passion to Canada.

Known for his mastery in balancing bold spices and delicate flavors, he specializes in:

  • Andhra hot curries

  • Tamil vegetarian delicacies

  • Karnataka comfort classics

He believes in “cooking with soul” and ensures that every dish — from a simple rasam to a celebratory Sadya — is made with authenticity, care, and love.
